The Role
Erevena is looking for an Associate to join this driven and collaborative team where they will have exposure to best practices in Executive Search, learning about various business models and industries within the technology sector, as well as the assessment of leadership capabilities. 

The Associate will work with Partners, Principals and Senior Associates on the execution of executive search mandates, owning the research phase of the search process. They should follow rigorous research methodology in line with Erevena best practice, build industry and domain knowledge across multiple industries and take part of business development preparation. They are responsible for focused candidate identification and pipeline planning as well as capturing, storing and managing search data appropriately.
 
Research is a critical part of the client solution and is valued as the most vital element of our product. Partners, Principals and Associates work collaboratively on solutions for our clients. The Partner team work hard to develop our Associates into Principals and we have a well-defined training programme and career path in place.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the formulation and execution of a search strategy.  
  • Identify sources and prospects via desk-based research and conversations with key influencers in the Erevena network.  
  • Produce high-quality mapping documents and status update reports for clients.
  • Qualify the suitability of candidates through in-depth phone screening and informal referencing.  
  • Approach & engage potential candidates into the search process.
  • Maintain positive & professional relationships with candidates & sources throughout the process.
  • Capture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledge. 
  • Maintain the integrity of the Erevena database and intellectual property at all times.  
  • Assist with any research to support new business pitches and BD initiatives.
  • Attend candidate and client meetings where appropriate.   
  • Contribute to the broader development of the firm (internal recruitment, training, CSR, marketing, etc.)

  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.   
  • Diligent time optimizer who can work quickly but with rigour and strong attention to detail.

Experience
  • Recent graduate  (2023 or 2024), ideally with some work experience.
  • Track record of effective project management.
  • Interest in emerging technology and its impact across industries.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multi-cultural, international teams.
